Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of the artworks, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

Each piece is unique and may have slight variations, which are part of its character.
